New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front will move S over
the waters today. The front will pass S of the area tonight as a
weak high pressure ridge builds E into the area. The ridge will
persist early Fri before passing E of the waters ahead of a
stronger cold front. The strong front will move SE over the
waters later Fri and Fri night. Strong high pressure will build
in across New England behind the front Sat into Sat night, move
offshore Sun, and then shift SE of the area Sun night as a warm
front approaches from the SW. The warm front will lift N of the
waters early Mon, with a cold front quickly moving E and SE over
the area Mon evening. The front will pass S and E of the area
Mon night as low pressure strengthens across New Brunswick.
