New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A high pressure ridge across
New England will gradually weaken and dissipate today. Strong
low pressure just SE of Nova Scotia will move slowly N today and
tonight, and then will stall across the Gulf of Saint Lawrence
Sat and Sat night before dissipating Sun. A series of low
pressure troughs will move S across the waters today through
Sat. High pressure will build E over the region Sun and Sun
night. A cold front will move across the area Mon into Mon
night. Another low to the E of the waters will track N toward
the Gulf of Saint Lawrence Tue and Tue night as weak high
pressure builds E toward New England coast.
