New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will build
offshore today, then shift E of the area tonight. Long period
swell from Hurricane Kirk, well SE of the waters, will move into
the area later today and persist into early next week. Low
pressure will move offshore New England Mon, then track NE across
the waters Mon night into Tue while pulling a cold front across
the region. A low pressure trough or secondary cold front will
move across the area Tue night into Wed. A high pressure ridge
will build E across the area later Wed through Thu night.
