New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will move E of
the area today. Then a strengthening low pressure will approach
from the SW today and move across the waters tonight and exit
Wed. High pressure quickly moves across the waters late Wed into
Wed night. Another cold front will move SE across the area Thu
before exiting to the E and SE Thu night. High pressure will
build E over the waters Fri into Fri night, then move E Sat as
low pressure pass S of the region Sat into Sat night. Mariners
should monitor the latest forecasts for the intensifying low
pressure system set to impact the region today into Wed, and
consider avoidance at this time.
