New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front over the far
southern waters will pass S of the waters this afternoon. The
front will stall off the Mid-Atlantic coast tonight and Sat, and
then lift back N into the waters as a warm front Sat night into
early Sun while an associated low pressure center tracks NE near
the coast. Another cold front will move SE through the waters
Sun, passing S of the area late Sun night. A series of low
pressure centers will pass S then SE of the area Mon into Tue. A
stronger low will move NE near the coast Tue and Tue night while
pulling a cold front through the area.
