New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front will move E and
SE across the waters today as intense low pressure tracks NE
while passing to the SE and then E of the waters. The next
intensifying low will move NE towards the region today from the
Carolina coast, with the low continuing to strengthen while
crossing the area tonight, before moving NE of the region Mon and
Mon night while pulling a series of low pressure troughs or cold
fronts across the waters. A strong high pressure ridge will build
E toward the region Mon and Mon night, move offshore Tue, and
then drift N Tue night and Wed. Another low will develop and pass
S of the waters Tue night, then strengthen to the SE and E of the
waters Wed before moving well off to the E of the area Wed night
and Thu. High pressure will slowly build E over the region Wed
and Wed night, and then weaken while shifting E of the area Thu
and Thu night. Yet another low will develop S of the waters Thu
and Thu night while tracking NE towards the area.
