New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A series of surface troughs
will move SE across the waters today through Sat. High pressure
will move E across the waters late Sat and Sat night before
shifting E of the area Sun. A warm front will move N into the
area Sun, reaching the Gulf of Maine Sun night. Another cold
front will sweep E across the waters Sun night, moving well E of
the area Mon. High pressure will build E across the area late
Mon, continuing Mon night, and moving E Tue. Intensifying low
pressure will approach the waters from the SW Tue and move into
the area Tue night. Mariners should monitor later forecasts for
possible avoidance from the system.
