.Synopsis...A weak high pressure ridge will remain over the
region through Monday and allow for gentle to moderate SE flow to
persist. A front is expected move across the NW waters on late
Tuesday, then retreat back to the W by Thursday. Isolated
thunderstorms may affect the far NW waters.
