.Synopsis...A surface trough over NW waters will lift NW and
dissipate by the end of the week. High pressure will build far
northeast of the waters this weekend before a potential surface
trough develops north of the waters early next week. An upper
level trough could allow for some isolated thunderstorms over
northern offshore waters.
