.Synopsis...A cold front over the central waters will continue to
move SE down the island chain tonight before stalling and
dissipating over SE waters Thursday. A brief period of moderate
to strong NW winds is expected behind the front. Winds will
diminish on Thursday as a ridge moves over the area, with the
ridge moving north Friday and Saturday.

.REST OF TODAY...Northwest winds 20 to 25 knots near Kauai and
Oahu...west to southwest 10 to 15 knots elsewhere. Seas 8 to 12
feet. Wave Detail: Northwest 7 feet at 14 seconds, northwest 5
feet at 7 seconds and northeast 3 feet at 9 seconds. Scattered
showers with a slight chance of thunderstorms.
.TONIGHT...West to northwest winds 10 to 20 knots. Seas 9 to 12
feet. Wave Detail: Northwest 8 feet at 13 seconds and northwest
4  feet at 5 seconds. Scattered showers.
.THURSDAY...West to northwest winds 5 to 15 knots. Seas 8 to 11
feet. Wave Detail: North northwest 8 feet at 12 seconds.
