.Synopsis...A weak high pressure ridge will remain locked in
place just N of the Hawaiian Islands. An approaching cold front
will weaken the ridge and decrease wind speeds through Tuesday.
The cold front enters NW offshore waters by Wednesday, and move
over central waters on Thursday. NW to N winds will blow in
behind the front.
