.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge will persist along or just W of
the outer waters through Tue and Tue night while a weak coastal
trough remains along Washington and Oregon. On Wed and Wed night
weak low pressure will develop and approach from the W and remain
W of the outer areas through Thu night. On Wed night a cold front
will move E into the waters and across the rest of the area Thu
and Thu night.
