.SYNOPSIS...An area of low pressure will move SE into the
southern waters tonight and become weaker as it moves towards the
coast tonight into early Mon. A trough will develop along the
coast Mon then persist along the WA coast into Tue as high
pressure builds to the W. Another cold front will move SE across
the waters later Tue into Wed while dissipating. High pressure
will build in behind the front Wed into Thu before another cold
front moves SE across the area Fri and Fri night. Astoria NAVTEX
is reported down. Technicians are aware. We apologize for the
