.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will persist to the W of the waters
today before beginning to retreat westward tonight through Wed
night while weakening slowly. A low pressure trough will expand
along the coast all the way to Vancouver Island today then
persist through Tue night before weakening Wed night. Then weak
high pressure will rebuild into the waters Thu and Thu night.
