.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will dissipate over the N waters
tonight. High pressure W of the waters will persist through Wed
night before shifting S through Thu night. A cold front will move
into the NW waters Thu, then slowly move SE into the central
waters through Thu night before dissipating Fri. A coastal trough
will persist through Thu night, strengthen Fri and Fri night, and
persist through Sun night.
