.SYNOPSIS...A low pressure trough along the central and southern
California coast will persist today. A cold front will move SE
into the NW waters later today and dissipate over the waters
tonight. High pressure will build W of the northern waters Sat
and persist into Mon night before sliding SE over the N waters
Tue and Tue night. Another coastal trough will develop early Sat,
persist into Tue then weaken Tue night. The USCG transmitter at
Point Reyes California is experiencing technical difficulties.
