.SYNOPSIS...A low pressure trough will persist along the
California coast through Thu night then weaken Fri. Strong high
pressure will build NE across the Oregon and Washington waters
tonight and maintain a ridge into Tue. The high will weaken Tue
and Tue night as a cold front approaches from the NW. The front
will move into the northern and central waters Wed and then
dissipate. High pressure will rebuild to the N and NW of the area
Wed night, then move N away from the region late Wed night into
Thu. Weak broad ridging will build E into the waters Fri and Fri
night.
