.SYNOPSIS...A cold front over the southern waters will pass SE of
the area early tonight. High pressure will build E and SE toward
the northern waters through Mon while a low pressure trough
persists along the California coast. The high pressure will then
weaken and shift to SW of the waters Mon night into Tue night
while the coastal trough weakens. A cold front will move S into
the waters Tue night then return E and NE as a warm front Wed
and Wed night. The warm front will then approach the southern and
central California coast Wed night while a large area of low
pressure passes well N of the waters.
