.SYNOPSIS...High pressure centered to the NW will persist today
before slowly receding to the W tonight through Wed night while
weakening. Also a low pressure trough will persist over the
waters today through Mon before drifting W of the waters Mon
night. Then a coastal trough will form along the California coast
Mon night and persist through Thu night.
