.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extending from near Cameron, Louisiana
to Tecolutla, Mexico will reach from Mobile Bay to Coatzacoalcos,
Mexico this evening. Strong to near- gale force N winds and
building seas will follow the front. Patchy fog may persist ahead
of the front through today across the north- central and
northeast Gulf. The front will reach from Cedar Key, Florida to
near Merida, Mexico, with strong winds and rough seas following
the front across most of the western Gulf through Mon evening.
Winds and seas will diminish through Tue from west to east as
high pressure builds over the southern Plains and the front moves
southeast of the basin. Looking ahead, gentle breezes and slight
seas will persist Wed into Thu.

.TODAY...NW winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 8 to 11 ft in S to SW swell.
Scattered showers and isolated tstms.
.TONIGHT...NW to N winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 6 to 9 ft. Scattered
