.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate NE to E winds will prevail
through Fri across the regional waters. Fresh NE winds are
expected to develop Fri night over the Atlantic waters, and over
the Caribbean waters this weekend, as the pressure gradient
strengthens between a frontal boundary stalling north of the
Greater Antilles, high pressure building in the wake of the
front, and the Colombian low. A long period N swell will promote
rough seas starting late Sat across the Atlantic waters and into
the Mona and Anegada Passages.
