.SYNOPSIS...Fresh to strong NE to E winds and rough seas will
persist across the Atlantic waters into Thu, as high pressure
builds north of the area behind a pair of merging frontal
boundaries moving across the western Atlantic. The pattern will
then support mainly moderate winds and seas through Sat, with
occasional fresh winds across the northwest Caribbean. Looking
ahead, large NW swell will move into Atlantic waters Sun and Mon
following another front.
