.SYNOPSIS...A long period northerly swell will continue to spread
across the islands through early this week, resulting in hazardous
seas for the Atlantic waters and local passages. A strong tropical
wave, AL99, will move into the eastern Caribbean tonight, moving
mainly to the south of PR and the USVI on Mon. This system is
expected to reach the central Caribbean Sea on Tue. Locally heavy
rainfall and gusty winds are forecast to accompany this tropical
wave. In addition, fresh to locally strong easterly winds and
moderate to rough seas are expected, mainly across the Caribbean
waters.
