.SYNOPSIS...Light to gentle winds and slight to moderate seas
will prevail through Fri. Northeast to east swell generated by
now Tropical Storm Kirk will start affecting the Atlantic waters
Fri night with rough seas reaching 10 ft by Sat evening. The NE
Caribbean passages, including the Mona Passage, will also be
affected by this swell.
