.SYNOPSIS...Fresh northeast to east trades will prevail over
the regional waters through Tue as a series of cold fronts move
across the western Atlantic passing to the north of the area.
Decaying N swell will maintain seas to 8 ft over the Atlantic
waters and Caribbean Passages today, then E swell generated from
fresh to strong trades that over the tropical Atlantic waters
will dominate seas across the regional waters and Caribbean
Passages well into next week.
