.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge will persist across the waters
into Mon before shifting E of the area. A cold front will move
SE across the waters Mon night into Tue, and then become
stationary late Tue and extend NE from S Florida to near
Bermuda. Weak low pressure will develop along the stalled front
just S and SE of the waters Wed and Wed night. Meanwhile, high
pressure will build E to the coast Tue night, then gradually move
E through Thu night, passing N of the waters but maintaining a
ridge across the waters.
