.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will persist over much of the waters
through Wed night, with weak troughing along and near the coast.
The high will shift E Wed night into Thu with a surface trough
then lingering over the area through Sun. Weak low pressure may
form off of the SE U.S. coast along the trough Fri, with the low
expected to drift off of the SE coast through the weekend. This
low has the potential to organize into a tropical or subtropical
depression by later in the week or over the weekend.
