.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the waters will move E and SE of
the region late tonight. A strong cold front will approach the
waters late tonight into early Thu, and then will move S and SE
over the area Thu into Fri. High pressure will again build slowly
E and SE across the waters Fri through Sun, and then will shift
E of the area Sun night. The associated high pressure ridge will
remain in place across the area Mon and Mon night.
