.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the waters will gradually shift E
today as weak troughing develops along and near the coast. The
trough continues through Fri, when weak low pressure should form
along the trough off the SE coast. Low pressure is expected to
move into the region sometime between Fri and Sat, then meander
in the area into Mon night. The low has the potential to organize
into a tropical or subtropical depression by the weekend. Please
monitor the latest information from the National Hurricane
Center.
