.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will build E over the waters today,
shifting E of the area tonight. Low pressure emerging off of the
Carolinas late tonight and early Sat rapidly intensifies and
moves ENE N of the waters through Sat night. As the low moves
ENE, an accompanying cold front will move through the area Sat
and Sat night. Mariners planning voyages off of the east coast
should monitor forecasts and prepare for avoidance. High pressure
builds in from the W behind the low and cold front Sat night and
Sun, continuing through early Mon, when a surface trough extends
SW into the N waters. The trough should then extend farther over
the waters Mon night and Tue, moving E Tue night as a cold front
approaches the N waters.
