.SYNOPSIS...A low pressure centered just SE of Cape Fear will
move N across the area today and tonight. A broad low pressure
will remain nearly stationary well NE of the area Tue and Tue
night, then drift E Wed. A cold front will approach from the N
Wed, then pass across the area Wed night. Strong high pressure
will build S over the waters Thu through Fri night.
