.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Dexter NE of the waters will continue
moving NE away from the region tonight through Wed. See the
latest advisory from the National Hurricane Center. Otherwise, a
stationary front will slowly weaken over the waters tonight into
Tue night. Weak low pressure will track W over the area Wed
through Fri night.
