.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will stall over the waters tonight, then
lift slowly N as a warm front Thu into Fri night as low pressure
forms and tracks NE along the boundary. The front will then stall
again over the region Fri night into Mon night. High pressure
will build to the NW of the region Sat night into Mon night.
