.SYNOPSIS...A strong coastal low will continue moving slowly N
just offshore of the SE U.S. today. This low will then move
quickly E across the northern waters late tonight through late
Mon before becoming absorbed into a new, broad and complex
secondary low well NE of the area Tue. This secondary low will
continue moving very slowly E across the outer Mid-Atlantic
waters through Tue night, before moving well E into the Atlantic
Wed and Wed night. Mariners should monitor later forecasts on the
coastal system, and execute avoidance plans as needed. This will
be a long duration event for the east coast, and impactful to
the mariner. A weak trough extending SW from the original low
will pass SE across the area Tue and Tue night. A cold front will
move SE across the waters Wed and Wed night. High pressure will
build E towards the coast by late Thu night.
