.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge extending W across the waters
to the Carolina coast will slowly shift S today, then will
weaken and move SE of the area tonight. A cold front will
approach the area from the N Fri, and then likely stall near or
just N of the northern waters Fri night before dissipating Sat.
A second cold front will move S over the region Sat as strong
high pressure moves SE to the southern New England and northern
Mid-Atlantic coast. The high will move SE into the northern
waters Sat night into Sun. The high will pass E of the area Sun
night into Mon as weak low pressure trough forms near the SE
coast. A weakening cold front will approach from the N and NW
Mon night.
