.SYNOPSIS...A series of weak surface troughs will cross the
northern waters today. High pressure will build E over the region
today into Fri, then shift E of the area Fri night through Sun
night while maintaining a ridge over the waters S of 35N. A warm
front will lift NE through the N waters Fri night, followed by a
cold front moving SE into the N waters late Sat night into Sun.
The front will reach Cape Hatteras by late Sun, then begin to
lift N as a warm front Mon and Mon night. Low pressure will
develop along the Mid-Atlantic coast Mon night, then move NE
tracking N of the waters while pulling a cold front into the N
waters late Mon night.
