.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Depression Chantal was located inland at
34.4N 79.2W at 11 AM EDT moving N at 8 kt. Chantal will move N to
NE while remaining inland today into Mon while weakening to a
post-tropical cyclone, then dissipate over the Mid-Atlantic
states Mon night. See the latest advisory issued by the National
Hurricane Center. Otherwise, a warm front over the central waters
will weaken while lifting N today into tonight as high pressure
moves E of the region. A high pressure ridge will build W across
the S portion Mon and Mon night, and then continue through Thu
night. A cold front will approach the area from the N Tue, then
stall N of the waters Tue night into Wed night. Another cold
front will approach from the N and NW Wed night into Thu night.
