.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure about 60 NM SE of Cape Lookout will
continue NE while gradually strengthening over the central and N
portions today into tonight. The low will pass N of the waters
early Mon with a trailing cold front moving E from the inner to
the outer waters. Another cold front will approach the region
from the NW tonight into Mon, gradually push E and SE across the
waters Mon night into Tue night, then stall across the S portions
Wed into Thu night. High pressure will build SE across the waters
behind the front Tue through Thu night.
