.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front extending E across the waters from
near Cape Hatteras will remain in place today. As one area of low
pressure over the outer Mid-Atlantic Waters moves E, another low
will develop near the Outer Banks tonight, then slowly drift E
and broaden E of the area Wed through Fri. A high pressure ridge
will build S across the far northern portions today into Wed,
then expand S along the coast Wed night through Fri night. A
weakening cold front will move E into the northern waters Sat,
then quickly dissipate. Another ridge will build E into the
waters behind the front Sat night.
