.SYNOPSIS...Ongoing NE swell from the remnants of Humberto and
Imelda will subside tonight and Sat. Strong high pressure will
persist over the area tonight into Mon night, then slowly shift E
of the region Tue into Wed while maintaining a ridge axis across
the area. A low pressure trough along the SE coast will persist
tonight through Tue, then weaken Tue night into Wed. A cold front
will move SE over the waters later Wed and Wed night. The NAVTEX
station in Charleston, South Carolina is currently inoperative.
Technicians are aware, and are working on the issue.
