.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will dissipate across the area this
evening. High pressure will build S over the waters tonight
through Thu night, then shift E of the region Fri through Sun
night while maintaining a ridge across the area. Tropical Storm
Dexter will pass SE of the waters tonight, then continue E into
