.SYNOPSIS...High pressure E of the region will continue to
gradually shift E of the area through tonight. The center of
Hurricane Erin is expected to pass NE through the Outer Mid-
Atlantic Waters Thu night into Fri, remaining S of the waters.
Tropical storm conditions are expected to cover nearly all of the
waters along and S of Georges Bank late Thu through Fri. Erin
will then move farther away from the area Fri night into Sat.
Long period S swell from Hurricane Erin will continue through Thu
night before backing to the SE and E Fri night. A high pressure
ridge will move E across the waters Fri night and Sat, then shift
E of the area Sat night into Sun. A cold front will gradually
approach the waters from the W late Sun night. For more
