.SYNOPSIS...A cold front near the coast will move E across the
waters tonight and Mon. It will then become stationary well S and
E of the waters Mon night and Tue. Developing low pressure will
move NE along the front tonight into Mon night. High pressure
will build SE across the waters Tue through Wed, then shift SE of
the waters Wed night through Thu night as a weak cold front
approaches the coast and moves offshore. The front will stall
briefly over the waters early Fri then return N as a warm front
later Fri and Fri night.

and rain with vsby 1 nm or less.
