Temperatures are increasing, so the Frost Advisory will
be allowed to expire at 9 AM. Chilly conditions will gradually
improve across the far southeastern corner of Monterey County
through the remainder of the morning.

...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 4 AM MONDAY TO 1 AM PST
TUESDAY...

* WHAT...North winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 35 to 50 mph
  expected. Stronger gusts of 50 to 60 mph are expected for the
  highest peaks of the North Bay.

* WHERE...North Bay Interior Mountains.

* WHEN...From 4 AM Monday to 1 AM PST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
