            Delayed report. Three sailboats tipped over
            in water north of Marina Green. Two jet skis
            and one rescue boat from the fire
            department, and another rescue boat from the
            police department, entered the harbor to
            help. Six people were safely rescued and
            brought onto the boats to return to the
            harbor with no medical attention necessary.
