.DISCUSSION...Wind speeds will be light and variable in the early
morning and increase in the afternoon out of the northwest with
gusts up to 23 mph. Relative humidity will drop each afternoon
over the next few days and range from 24-28 percent and then 30-34
percent on Sunday. Overnight humidity recoveries will be good,
providing some relief at 81-85 percent. Mixing heights will be
poor during the overnight hours and greatly improve by the
afternoon during peak heating.
