.DISCUSSION...Warm and dry conditions persist today with temps a
couple of degrees cooler than yesterday. Temperatures gradually
return to seasonal normals as we move into the start of the work
week. Thermal belts remain well-formed above 1500 feet, where RH
will continue to be about 15% lower than the valleys through the
next few nights. However, overnight conditions are anticipated to
improve as the marine layer deepens and more ample low-level
moisture works its way inland. Good RH recovery into the 60-70%
range expected by Monday night/Tuesday morning. Otherwise,
relatively benign weather with breezy diurnal W/SW winds during
the afternoons.
