Conditions improve Friday after a weak cold front passes through the region with improved daytime humidity retention and light to moderate southwesterly winds expected. Gusty conditions may develop around the time of frontal passage with highest confidence in gusts up to 15 mph. Low confidence but isolated stronger gusts may mix down from the higher elevations.
