.DISCUSSION...Currently winds are out of the NW around 5 mph, and
are expected to remain light overnight and into the morning of
Saturday. Ok RH recoveries are expected overnight, reaching the
50% range, though MIN RH values will be in the 20% range during
the day Saturday. In the afternoon Saturday, windspeeds will
increase out of the west, reaching around 10-13 mph. Better RH
recoveries are expected overnight Saturday into Sunday, when RH
MAX values are expected to reach the 70% range as the marine layer
deepens slightly. Winds will once again become light Saturday
night and out of the NW.
