breezy west winds developing each afternoon and evening. Complex
terrain at the incident site may impact local wind speed and
direction, especially when winds become light and variable
overnight. Daytime humidity retention is very poor with relative
humidity values near 20%, while overnight humidity recoveries are
fair to poor. A pattern change on Tuesday should bring cooler
conditions and enhanced humidity to the incident site, especially
towards the latter part of the week.
