...Discussion from SFOFWFMTR...

Expect tonight to be the last night widespread cool temperatures and
good humidity recoveries before a much hotter and drier pattern
settles into the region for the first half of the work week. Well
above average high temperatures with a mostly eroded marine layer
are expected and will make for widespread warm and dry conditions.
High temperatures and light offshore winds in the far interior
areas will bring the minimum RH into the low teens. Overnight
cooling will be limited in the interior areas as well as RH
recoveries. Winds will remain light to moderate, and may flip to
onshore in the afternoons. As such, we are not expecting to hit Red
Flag criteria. Onshore wind will return in the second half of the
week, gradually decreasing fire weather concerns.

...Discussion from SFOFWFEKA...

Breezy east by northeast winds and low humidity values for zone
203, interior Del Norte on Sunday night through Monday. High
temperatures and dry conditions with low RH values will elevate fire
weather risks for zones 276, 277, and 264 Monday through Tuesday.
Heat risks will also be a concern for these zones. Northerly winds
will persist over the coastal ranges through the weekend. Strong
gusts are expected over exposed coastal ridges in the afternoons.
