...Discussion from SFOFWFMTR...

Fire weather concerns are low after recent widespread rainfall and
below normal temperatures that will gradually warm up to near normal
by Saturday. Periods of weak offshore flow for the end of the week
will assist in the gradual warming trend, but won`t be strong enough
to elevate fire weather conditions.

...Discussion from SFOFWFEKA...

Conditions will only very slowly warm and dry through the end of
the week with daytime RH near 30 percent and highs near 80 degrees
for interior valleys by Friday. Breezy offshore winds are possible
in the higher terrain Thursday and Friday nights. A fast moving
system is likely late in the weekend. Wetting rain is possible
north of Cape Mendocino.
