A deep low pressure system is bringing wetting rains  and isolated
thunderstorms to the district through Monday evening. Post-frontal
showers and the chance of thunderstorms continue  through Tuesday.
Strong southwest winds will build until the main front passes, with
gusts of 35-45 mph in the higher elevations. A warming and drying
trend begins on Wednesday and continues into the weekend.

A cold, wet system will slowly pull southward with  wraparound
moisture continuing rainfall chances through Tuesday.  Breezy
interior offshore winds will develop Monday night. A  drying and
warming trend is expected from mid week and into the  weekend.
