...Discussion from SFOFWFMTR...

Lingering showers will continue through the afternoon with another
round of wetting rain expected in the East Bay and Central Coast.
Cool temperatures will keep the RH high Wednesday. Winds will
gradually shift to offshore by Thursday as the temperature climbs
back to normal. Despite the offshore wind direction, gentle to
moderate wind speed and recent widespread wetting rain will keep
fire weather concerns minimal.

...Discussion from SFOFWFEKA...

Light rain showers have persisted today for the southern half of the
area. Rain has mostly ended further north, but conditions have
generally remained cool and moist despite clearing skies. Conditions
will only very slowly warm and dry through the end of the week with
daytime RH near 30 percent and highs near 80 degrees for interior
valleys by Friday. Another rain system is most likely late in the
weekend.
